Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated, high energy muti-functional Operations Tea Lead member that will perform general cleaning for assigned clients and floor work duties at various high-profile properties in Bloomington. Prior floor work experience recommended but not required. Office Pride is willing to train the right candidate without experience.

Key Job Responsibilities: Floor work includes carpet spot removal, extraction, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc. General janitorial duties include cleaning floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitizing, dusting, trash removal and other assigned tasks. Report to Supervisor needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring additional service. Follow all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by Area Supervisor or Area Manager. Must be dependable, honest, strong work ethic, motivated, professional appearance, communication skills, team player. Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies preferred, but not required. One year of prior floor care experience preferred but not required. Requirements • Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral or written instructions. • Communication skills to relate to officials, staff, and public in a courteous manner. • Ability to acquire job skills with three months of on-the-job training • Disposition to perform other duties as assigned. Late afternoon evening hour availability. Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds. • Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head • Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during site visits • Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists • Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation) • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours. Valid driver’s license, vehicle and data phones are must haves. In return Office Pride will provide 30-40 weekly hours at a very competitive bi-weekly pay.
