We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in commercial, industrial, and warehouse environments.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to food processing and handling regulations in food production areas
- Fabricate cleaning solutions according to specific requirements
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when reordering is necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with proper sanitation procedures in food processing areas is a plus

Skills:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred; but not required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers
