Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team as a Floater. As a Floater, you will provide support and assistance in various areas of our organization, including early childhood education, childcare, tutoring, and classroom management. This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and the ability to work with children of different ages and backgrounds.

Duties:
- Assist teachers and staff in implementing educational activities and programs
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions as needed
- Support classroom management by helping to maintain a positive and structured learning environment
- Engage children in physical education activities and promote healthy habits
- Assist with behavior management strategies and techniques
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
- Help with administrative tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs
- Experience in tutoring or special education is a plus
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in early childhood education is preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
