Position: Interior Design/ Project Manager
Description: Office Furniture Warehouse offers new, used, and closeout commercial office furniture solutions throughout the Midwest. We are looking for designers trained in 2020 Spaces "Giza" and "Visual Impressions" software to assist our sales staff with the design and space planning of our clienteles office spaces.
In addition to the space planning/design you will be responsible for creating visual presentations with "Good, Better, and Best" options and corresponding estimates for our sales representatives to present to our clientele. Once projects are closed you will help manage the project by writing up product orders, tracking the status of the ordered items, informing our installation team on layouts, and managing any change orders or back ordered items to insure a satisfied customer upon completion of the project.
Additional roles will be working with "walk in" clients at our showroom, and running ads on used product offerings we have on: Facebook, Craigslist, LetGo, Offer Up, Etsy, etc.

Compensation: starts at $16-$18 an hour based on experience and skill set commission bonus based on closed projects
