Position Overview
Thank you for your interest in the Customer Experience Associate role. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to enhance our team.

Responsibilities

• Engage callers authentically, ensuring a personal connection and outstanding service.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Navigate through 5-6 different software applications to access and input data.
• Provide accurate product or service information, process orders, and handle requests efficiently.
• Maintain detailed call notes to ensure continuity in customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong skills in telephone etiquette and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and various communication platforms.
• Ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds, delivering personalized and effective support.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and effectively managing time.
