Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.

Duties:

- Supervise and motivate retail staff
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Participate in the training development of new hires
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy

-Sets weekly ads, including price changes, and any associated updates to store signage.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Experience in supervising a team
- Knowledge of retail duties and responsibilities

-Proactively acknowledges and engages every customer to ensure a positive customer experience
