OfferUp is Hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Administrator (Bellevue, Hybrid) Near Bellevue, WA

About the role:

The Sr. RevOps Systems Administrator will be responsible for building out tools to maximize efficiency at all levels across the sales organization. This person will play a critical role in developing a framework for scalable reporting, strategic planning, and supporting senior-level Sales and Revenue Operations leadership. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our tech stack, gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions, and manage the product roadmap.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce, Zendesk, and Zuora platforms, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Sr. RevOps Systems Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Revenue Operations project.

Here’s more of what you will get to do:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, Zendesk, and Zuora platforms, overseeing user access, configuration, customization, and maintenance
  • Systems development and configuration. Including but not limited to Salesforce automation with Apex and Flow, custom fields, custom objects, record types, permissions, roles, sharing rules, and more
  • Responsible for configuration of sales tech/apps that have integrations with Salesforce, including Zendesk, Zuora, enablement tools, DocuSign, CRM Analytics, DemandTools, Jira, and Community Experience portals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations team and Sales Enablement to develop end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of systems, accurate reporting, and process adoption
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements to meet evolving business needs
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process workflows, standard operating procedures, and data governance policies
  • Identify and address user internal support tickets for end users and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to identify and address issues proactively, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experienced. 5 years of experience as a Salesforce and/or tools administrator in revenue organizations at a fast-paced technology company or consultancy. 2 years of experience in administration of Zendesk and Zuora
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin, Advanced Salesforce Certified Admin preferred
  • Technical. Salesforce Administration/Development, Apex, Salesforce Flow, Zendesk Administration, Zuora Administration. Experience in Jira, Tableau Software, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Digital Experience (Community Portals) preferred
  • Communicator. Strong communicator both verbally and written. Able to communicate at all levels
  • Team Player. Able to manage multiple priorities and build excellent rapport with internal teams

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $152,000

OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.

Benefits (all US roles): In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings, and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1).
