Real Estate Acquisition Specialist:

• Becoming an expert in Offer Express’ services and solutions.

• Identifying and sourcing potential acquisition opportunities through a variety of methods, including networking, online searches, and industry events.

• Evaluating potential acquisitions based on factors such as location, market conditions, and financial performance.

• Negotiating purchase agreements and coordinating the due diligence process, which may include coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other assessments of the property.

• Preparing and presenting investment analyses and recommendations to management.

• Managing relationships with brokers, sellers, and other stakeholders involved in the acquisition process.

• Overseeing the closing process and working cross-functionally with other team members to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
