We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who focuses on the guest experience, has a hands-on management style, is adept with financials, and knows how to run the floor in an upscale environment. Candidates must be able to effectively run the business, while providing ongoing education for the service staff so strong leadership and communication skills are necessary. We require corporate, upscale dining/food & beverage experience, coupled with over all exceptional guest service.
The ideal candidate has an positive personality, top notch customer service, team player mentality, and great work ethic. We are a tight family and want to make it grow!

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Execute, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures while improving quality, service and operations.
Consistent execution of all system, standards, and processes.
Maximize revenues by effectively managing reservations and driving local sales
Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards.
Monitor daily labor/matrix and other payroll reports
Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards, knowledge and experience with high levels of guest service.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hospitality degree is a plus
