Position Description
We are currently seeking an outgoing, friendly team member who places a high value on customer satisfaction and professional development. In order to meet client and customer goals and enhance capabilities, we encourage employee collaboration and support internal growth.
Specialists with specific training will be able to engage with customers to create a unique and engaging experience, resulting in new client acquisition and client retention. The community outreach associate will be trained to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this fast-paced industry.

Community Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of a pleasant working environment.
- Maintain high professional standards in marketing, advertising, and customer service.
- Interaction with customers to promote products and services
- Regularly attend training sessions and campaign meetings.
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Create a detailed event marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
- Although a four-year degree is preferred, it is not required.
- A strong desire to advance professionally and assume new responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both alone and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $35,000.00 to $60,000.00 per YEAR
