We are currently seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Event Marketing / Fundraising Associates in entry-level roles. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in event marketing and fundraising. The Event Marketing / Fundraising Associates will play a vital role in promoting and executing fundraising events for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, including logistics, venue coordination, and attendee management.
• Promote fundraising events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
• Engage with potential donors, sponsors, and event participants to generate support and participation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of fundraising events.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, sponsors, and event participants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and collateral for fundraising events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive event marketing initiatives and achieve fundraising goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event marketing and fundraising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
