About the Job :

The position of Warehouse Clerk will have primary responsibility to provide excellent customer service and properly document all pick and load information.

Maintain customer spreadsheets and inventories as required.

Work Schedule :

• Monday through Friday
• Shift Hours : 8.00 am to 5 : 00 pm
• Weekend work and / or overtime may be required.

In This Role, You Will :

• Ensure high quality customer service, professional communications, and interaction with customers, employees, and co-workers at all times.
• Practice all safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Reporting any anomalies in freight such as damage, overages or shortages immediately upon discovery or occurrence of damage.
• Complete accurate picking and loading information on each shipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory spreadsheets and computer records of all customer’s inventories.
• Communicate with external customer and internal co-workers in a timely manner to ensure that information is provided for maximum efficiency.
• Ability to effectively complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to learn new tasks as needs arise and retain information.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
• Ability to follow directions and to effectively complete tasks in a timely and safe manner.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.

Required :

• High School Education
• Basic user knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work independently of supervision.
• Ability to learn and use certain job functions related to computer functions.
• Basic math skills required including multiple computations and analysis in order to arrive at the most beneficial mode of action.
• Good interpersonal communication skills including customer service and interoffice / department interaction. Ability to effectively communicate in a variety of manners, both written and verbal.

This is an in-office role based in El Paso, TX
