Silver Pines Treatment Center is looking to hire a Part Time Care Coordinator. The hours are Friday & Saturday 8am-4p and Sunday and Monday 4pm-12a. If interested apply today!

Position Summary

• Directly supervise clients in treatment at Silver Pines
• Ensure clients abide by program schedule and clinical requirements
• Ensure the health and safety of all clients
• Coordinate and support psycho-educational groups
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the treatment facilities.
• Mentor and support clients in a professional manner

Position Responsibilities

1. Maintaining a safe and secure environment by cleaning and reporting any hazards
2. Help Clients by providing information, services, and assistance
3. Support clients to travel when necessary
4. Support clients to engage in treatment plans
5. Supervise and implement program scheduling around groups, 12 step meetings, etc.
6. Supervise and implement rule compliance by clients around, possession of restricted items, community integration, scheduling, chores, etc.
7. Coordinate and assist in implementing psycho-educational groups
8. Document and report (to leadership) client issues and concerns
9. Support fire safety and physical wellness of clients by completing 30 min checks on all clients
10. Complete other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum of high school Diploma
• 1 Year experience in the human service field providing direct support preferred
• Knowledge and experience with 12 step and disease model recovery supports
• 1 year experience in customer service or general service industry preferred
• Knowledge and experience with basic Microsoft software packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Drivers License and at least 5 years of driving experience
• Enthusiastic and compassionate personality
• Ability to physically lift up to 15 pounds, at times up to 50 pounds
• Must have a functioning cell phone that is able to make and receive phone calls

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to communicate with peers/general public, clients and/or vendors
• Tolerant to various noise levels: noise level in the work environment varies may be very quiet to moderate
• Job performance will require the ability to move throughout the building as well as sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch
