ODW LTS is Hiring a Dispatch Coordinator Near Hamilton, OH
- Responsible for daily dispatch and tracking of all shipments, of all modes of transportation.
- Communicate with dispatch manager, brokerage manager, account manager, and operations team as needed to drive proper communication to customer and or carrier.
- Communicate with drivers and carrier’s dispatch; retrieving all the information we need for each individual load.
- Retrieving information on individual loads and solving any problems from a logistics standpoint.
- Measured on effort and amount of overall daily loads tracked and dispatched.
- Understanding an overall concept of how freight moves from point A to point B.
- Strong focus on attention to detail

- Speed and accuracy on data entry items
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively

- High School Degree or similar Degree level required
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
- Full time position
- 40-hour work week (Monday – Friday only)
- Health, dental and supplementary insurance available on first day of the month after date of hire.
- 401K enrollment with company match. Available on the first day of the month after completing 90 calendar days of service.
