The primary purpose of your job position is to perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility (Fairview, Thames Edge, Fellowship Manor & Cottage) is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

• Execute day to day housekeeping assignments efficiently and effectively in compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform isolation cleaning and discard of refuse in appropriate containers.
• Clean laundry or fold clothes as required.
• Work with maintenance department in the deep cleaning that will be done annually to Thames Edge.
• Discard trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacles.
• Ensure that work/assignment areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies are properly stored at all times to limit risk of injury.
