Seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison RN to enhance collaboration between healthcare providers and our organization. This role requires strong clinical expertise, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Guidance:

   • Use clinical knowledge to assess patient needs and guide care plans.
   • Foster seamless transitions of care with healthcare professionals.
   • Receives/returns calls from Pharmacy regarding orders submitted for ODA patients

2. Advocacy and Collaboration:

   • Advocate for patients and facilitate communication between all stakeholders.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
   • Serves as a liaison and information source for other department support staff, department physicians and referring providers, patients, and insurance companies.

3. Education and Documentation:

   • Provide education to healthcare professionals on our services.
   • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
   • Under the direction of the provider, reviews lab work, diagnostic imaging and referrals and coordinates follow up care, as prescribed

Qualifications:

• RN licensure is required 
• Some years of clinical experience preferred. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
