As a 3D Modeling Coach with VR experience, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our creative team to produce high-quality 3D models optimized for virtual reality, with a specific emphasis on Oculus headset compatibility. You will be responsible for sharing your expertise in the exportation of games and projects into the Oculus platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to the 3D modeling team in creating VR-optimized assets.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of 3D models into virtual reality environments, with a focus on Oculus headsets.
• In-depth knowledge of exporting games and projects into the Oculus platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the team in VR modeling techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest VR and Oculus developments, integrating new technologies and techniques into the design process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D modeling and VR exportation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Modeling Coach with a focus on virtual reality.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Expertise in exporting games and projects into the Oculus headset is a crucial qualification.
• Strong knowledge of VR design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with other VR platforms and technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Resides in Bronx, Queens Manhattan, Staten Island, or Brooklyn, New York.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Game Design, or a related field.
• Previous experience working on VR projects, especially those compatible with Oculus headsets.
