• Bachelor’s degree or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, preferably in a large enterprise utilizing multiple environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Power Platform Admin Center.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing and renewing certificates and provisioning user accounts and roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and its features, functionalities, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of the certificate and user provisioning tools and processes, and the enterprise governance standards and regulations for web applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification and/or Microsoft Certificate Services certification are preferred.
• Experience in a government agency a plus.

Years of Experience:
