We are currently looking for a Supervisor for our team in Irving, Texas, to oversee the Title Management and Dealer Escalations teams. In this hybrid role you will partner with the Manager of Remarketing and Title Management to lead the teams and strategies to maximize operational efficiencies, execute and follow-up for dealer escalations, and maintain oversight to title-related processes (e.g. title releases, lien perfections, title transfers, correspondence, etc.). You will also be responsible for team/employee training, coaching, development, and compliance adherence.

Specifically, you will:

  • Oversee and deploy compliant processes for title management.
  • Manage vendor relationships with our title management vendors.
  • Develop and monitor effectiveness reporting of the Title team and processes.
  • Execute, follow-up, and report out escalations to support our dealer partners, mitigate risk of loss, and facilitate buybacks (including follow-up for issues not related to outstanding liens).
  • Assist internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of strategic business objectives.
  • Develop capacity and staff requirements for overseen servicing areas and monitor daily processes to ensure department and company objectives are met.
  • Work with legal team to ensure contracts, policies, and procedures are correct.
  • Monitor team and individual performance, deliver regular coaching, and own team and employee development.
  • Review timecards and PTO requests on a regular frequency.
  • Cultivate a strong culture in line with company values across several servicing teams.
  • Design and implement process efficiencies related to title management including process documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training opportunities to enhance and ensure high levels of service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of.
  • Proficient in MS Office and WEB based tools.
  • 5 years auto finance experience, specifically with focus in Titles management and in a supervisory/management role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills interpersonal, verbal and written with the goal of influencing outcome.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and objectively coach associates and manage complex issues in order to meet/exceed company objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate options, and develop servicing solutions.
  • High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in line with company initiatives and values.
