We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Provide assistance with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as necessary
- Adhere to resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct support or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of home care systems and procedures
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Understanding of resident rights and commitment to upholding them
- Experience in dementia care is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of social work principles is beneficial
- Ability to accurately record vital signs
