- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Write legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings
- Assist with legal administrative tasks, such as organizing case files and maintaining calendars

- Represent clients in court and litigate cases
```Experience```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on insurance defense, medical malpractice litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Experience with legal drafting, including briefs, motions, and pleadings
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, writing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. You will need to have a strong background in litigation and possess excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the state bar association.
