Ochs Powersports, a leading Can-Am and Bad Boy Mowers dealership in Cape Girardeau, MO, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Salesperson to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their Can-Am or Bad Boy mower, utilizing parts manuals and computer systems.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring effective inventory control and stocking procedures.
• Upsell parts and accessories based on customer needs and current promotions.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in parts sales, preferably within the powersports industry, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Can-Am and Bad Boy mowers, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and parts inventory software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver's license.
