We are a young orthodontic and pediatric dental practice looking for a detail-oriented team player to help us provide exceptional dental care. We are seeking the perfect individual to fit into our team and embody our values of high-end service, high energy and compassion. Our team firmly believes you have to love what you do and we want someone who will love helping people receive the dental care that they need.
An exceptional care coordinator is able to multi-task in a busy environment, including answering emails, texts, phone calls, confirm appointments, collect payments, enroll new patients and verify insurance benefits. Benefit verification is an important task to be completed for the numerous patients that we provide care for each week, and we are looking for someone to help in this department. This role will work in our facility from both the front desk as well as our private workspace.
Organizational skills are key as this position. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, just an eagerness to learn and a commitment the team.

Qualifications and Skills
ATTENTION TO DETAIL, FRIENDLY, ENERGETIC, MULTI-TASKER, FAST LEARNER, TEAM PLAYER, SERVICE MINDSET.
Excellent phone voice.
Experience in a dental/chiropractic/optometry/podiatry/medical office is a plus.
Experience with Dolphin software is a plus.
Computer fluency is expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
