The Intensive Outpatient Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the outpatient services and functions, subject to oversight by the Director of Clinical Services, Hospital Administration, CEO, and/or Board of Directors. Coordinates with the DON and the Clinical Director about staffing issues and pertinent nursing care issues to assist in overseeing nursing and therapy duties that apply to the daily operation of the program. The Intensive Outpatient Program Manager shall assure the outpatient program is adequately staffed, programming meets the standards set in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations, Oceans' Mission, policies and procedures and Performance Improvement Standards.
