Follow up with engineering on deliveries
Learn insights platform, train customers on using the platform.
Make documents that explain how to use the platform.
Run email marketing campaigns to existing clients
Schedule meetings with clients and OceanFrogs so that subject matter experts can resolve issues.
Approach customers for testimonials.
Understand customer's requirements from contract documents and follow up with engineering.
