• Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes
• Wipe tables and seats with dampened cloths.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
• Fill ice
• Ensure cleanliess of the dining room, bar, and other areas.
• Clean the restrooms and ensure they are maintained and stocked. Check restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure cleanlines.
• Clean the back area and keep it organized.
• Take out trash
• Remove empty dishes from tables during dining hours
• Refill drinks with water and tea pitchers provided in kitchen
• complete busser side work at beginning and end of shift
