POSITION SUMMARY :
The Area Team Leader is responsible for the timely and consistent execution of all merchandising, operational, and human resource policies and procedures within a designated retail location in accordance with the philosophy and standards of OSJL.
This role participates in managing the entire store while maintaining specific areas of responsibility. The Area Team Leader is responsible for leading, managing, and developing a group of sales associates within their building and dedicated departments.

You have direct experience managing others and have been responsible for supporting their performance.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
These will include a sales area, a stockroom / receiving area and a separate operations / office area, all of which may have varying conditions such as temperature, dust levels, and overall accessibility.
