We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. Your work will help ensure our customers enjoy optimal indoor air quality and comfort.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00 an hour spiff/incentives, depending on experience and credentials

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Geothermal & boiler experience is a plus but not required
• Journeyman License & EPA Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Piping installation experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
