Summary:

• Responsible for First-level-end-user support of PCs, thin-clients, telephones, multiple software packages including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Visual One, Point of Sale, and many other software programs.
• Provide infrastructure support as designated by IT Manager during renovations, installs and special projects which may be overnight
• Will work with Second level IT Support and Management to resolve user\system issues as they arise.

· 20 Assisting in IT infrastructure projects

Qualifications:

• Ability to systematically troubleshoot system problems
• Use IT Support Request system to document, prioritize, and track requests
• Proper documentation skills
• Ability to work outside in aggressive conditions with light construction work and stand\sit for long periods of time including getting in crawlspaces and attics to run cabling
• Repairing/upgrading PC equipment and software
• Troubleshooting printers/scanners/copiers
• Building and installing cables(Cat5, Coax etc…) including various IT network equipment.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and patience when dealing with IT related support calls\requests
• Full command of written and spoken English
• Available for one or more nights per week on-call, as well as work on weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of:

o MS Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2019

o MS Office 365

o Computer hardware repair / configurations

o Point of Sale Systems Support

Education and/or Experience:

· Minimum High School diploma.

· A certification or equivalent knowledge preferred

Language Skills:

Must be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

· CompTIA A or Network certification preferred

Attendance, Appearance and Conduct:

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Ocean Reef Club from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry and report deadlines, associate may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of the Club and report deadlines.

Proper grooming is required by all associates and is described in detail in the Associates Handbook. Associates should review this policy and make sure that at all times they present themselves for shifts looking clean, neat and professional. 

As a condition of employment, all associates agree to fully comply with Ocean Reef Club rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of Club facilities. Associates who violate Club rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
