Ocean Gate Investments is Hiring a Hotel General Manager Near Mission, TX

Our hotel is looking for an experienced, dynamic individual to fill the position of Hotel Manager. As Hotel Manager, you will oversee every aspect of our front office operations, including making sure that all team members are well trained and capable of meeting guests' needs. You will also be responsible for managing guest services and quality control, and be a liaison between the hotel staff and the corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Human resources management.
  • Monitor employees' performance.
  • Manage employee workplace safety and health programs.
  • Manage employees' salaries and benefits.
  • Keep financial records to prepare annual budget reports.
  • Develop and manage financial budgets;. Manage the property's finances, assets, and liabilities.
  • Manage hotel facilities, such as restaurant or ancillary operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Hotel management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
