We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our team. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial transactions

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning

- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments

- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger

- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations

- Conduct financial report interpretation to provide insights and recommendations to management

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

- Assist in the implementation of accounting systems and processes

- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Proven experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a corporate accounting or public accounting setting

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations

- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel)

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
