Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Aquatics Director will provide leadership in developing, implementing, and administering aquatics programs that are consistent with the mission of Ocean County YMCA.
Minimum 2 years of Aquatic Management including staff supervision
Minimum 2 years of Swim Instruction
Experience working with individuals with special needs.
Experience in and ability to direct aquatics programming through supervision of staff and volunteers, monitoring of budgets, marketing and public relations, and program development.
Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
Current Lifeguard Certification
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of NJ Bathing Code.
