Ocean Club Realty is Hiring an Administrative Real Estate Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator Near Key Biscayne, FL

We are seeking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Real Estate Assistant & Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. This position serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations.

**Responsibilities: **

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate team members.

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and reception area.

- Manage appointments and schedules for real estate agents and brokers.

- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.

- Oversee the office's general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

- Update and maintain real estate listings on various online platforms.

- Coordinate and schedule property showings and inspections.

- Assist with client and vendor communications.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role or the real estate industry is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced real estate environment.

- Basic knowledge of Marketing and social media marketing.

- Fluent English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
