Details:

• Transportation Requirement: Candidates must possess a reliable personal vehicle and be prepared to travel to various job sites.
• Compensation: Hourly rate of $17, plus tips.
• Work Schedule: The workweek is 5 days a week, to be discussed at interview.
• Working Hours: The start time is between 10am -10:30am, and typically wraps up between 3 PM and 5 PM, the start and end times can vary based on the specifics of the daily schedule.
• Travel: Travel time spent traveling between job sites during your work hours is paid.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license, own a personal vehicle, and provide proof of insurance.
• Proficient use of a smartphone for communication, instructions, time clock management, and housekeeping details.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but training is provided.
• Capable of transporting supplies to job sites.
• Willingness to use personal transportation for commuting.
• Ability to follow a detailed checklist and work efficiently.

Job Description:

Packing using our dedicated cleaning app, prepare for each job by packing essential items including fresh linens, towels, and various amenities as specified in the app for each cleaning assignment.

Cleaning

Bedroom Cleaning:

• Bed Making: Linens, pillows and blankets.
• Dusting: Fans, ceilings, blinds, window sills, electronics, furniture, drawers, doors, baseboards, light switches.

Living Area Cleaning:

• General Dusting: Same as above, plus checking sofa beds and cushions.
• Patios: Cleaning sliding doors, patio furniture, and floors.

Floor Cleaning:

• Vacuuming all areas, including under-bed areas.
• Mopping hard floors.
• Ensuring floors are free of crumbs, dirt, and spots.

Kitchen Cleaning:

• Appliances: Dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster.
• Surfaces: Counters, sinks, cabinets, and drawers.
• General: Removing trash, cleaning spills, checking for cleanliness and damage.

Bathroom Cleaning:

• Surfaces: Mirrors, counters, sinks, cabinets, drawers.
• Shower and Tub: Walls, doors, curtains, liners.
• Toilet: Bowl, exterior, and surrounding area.

General:

• Emptying and cleaning trash cans, checking baseboards, doors, and light switches.
