We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians better known as Maintenance Heroes, to join our team! Location: Harrisburg PA 17112Some of the Perks:

- Complete Apartment Make Readies (i.e., plumbing leaks, painting, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)
- Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e., light carpentry work, drywall repairs and finish work)
- Appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
- Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments, buildings and grounds
- Touch up painting, repair and replacement of window screens and glass
- Pick up and clean worksite
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be educated on how to complete a Make Ready on a apartment unit
