As a Full-Time Recruiter, you will have an incredible impact as the initial point of contact and first impression for all candidates. You also play a significant role in shaping our company culture and finding individuals who embody our core values and customer-focused mission. Finding the right people for the right position is the first line of defense to providing great customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals, cold calling, competitor companies, Internet resources, college recruiting, marketing, networking, social media and professional organizations.
• Identify, interview and screen all levels of candidates to determine their qualifications, analyzing their responses, experience and knowledge in relation to our client's position requirements, while also considering their cultural fit for the client environment.
• Conduct post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate hiring terms and compensation packages, extend offer and work collaboratively with HR to facilitate new hire process and ensure a smooth transition.

Desirable Qualifications and Experiences:

• Quickly evaluates and prioritize tasks in a high-volume staffing environment
• Demonstrates the ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to changes
• Drives results in a positive and professional manner in a deadline-oriented environment

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of government recruiting experience (preferably with Intel and/or SOCOM) 
• Excellent communications skills, an interest in people and must be able to quickly judge a person's suitability for a job.
• Experience with job portals such as ClearanceJobs, BambooHR, Indeed, etc.
