Job Summary: The Cashier is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the correct department.
• Work cooperatively with the parts/service team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Collect payments from customers
• Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments

Cashier Requirements:

• Professional presentation
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• A professional appearance
