Responsibilities

OBXtek is looking for a Quality Manager to support our headquarters operation in McLean, VA.

This position will have teleworking benefits with requirements to be on-site as needed. 

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for all aspects of OBXtek's quality programs
• Responsible for maintaining the certification for ISO 9001, CMMI-DEV and Services ML3, ISO 20000-1, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and consultants
  • Negotiate contracts and schedule yearly audits with Registrar
  • Negotiate contracts and schedule audits with consultants who perform internal audits
• Manage Quality site on SharePoint
• Ensure all documents are up to date and accessible while maintaining security
  • Ensure each business unit has documented their processes appropriately and is following that process
• Facilitate and coordinate internal audits
• Lead Quality Meetings to report the status of the various programs
  • Ensure the meetings meet the standards of the quality program they are addressing
  • Track SLA and OLA metrics and report
  • Track PIRs and report on their progress
• Assist Management in setting annual Strategic Goals
  • Ensure that a majority of goals are measureable
  • Ensure that goals that do not have a hard metric are assigned a person to adjudicate whether that goal has been met
• Consult with internal business units so they maintain and improve their quality efforts
• Educate employees on the various quality programs

Qualifications

Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience running a relevant Quality Program (9001, 20000-1, 27001, 14001 or CMMI)

Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter

Experience with providing statusing, reporting, and facilitating meetings with leadership

Must have excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project skills

Experience with Office 365 apps and Power Platforms would be beneficial

Education/Certifications/Licensure:

• Bachelors Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
• ITIL (preferred)
• Intro to CMMI or equivalent (preferred)
