Position Description:

Are you ready to join the Obstacle Warriors Family? Obstacle Warriors - North Richland Hills is a family fitness and entertainment center based on the show American Ninja Warrior. Our ninja arena provides a safe and enjoyable fitness alternative to both kids and adults. Families, schools, and other organizations get to book birthday parties, open play, classes, camps, competitions, fundraisers, field trips and other events at the ULTIMATE NINJA WARRIOR GYM.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcomes guests.
• Opens and closes front desk shifts.
• Oversees all front desk operations.
• Ensures the completion of shift checklists and other duties.
• Oversees all staff when GM is not present.
• Understands all front desk and party procedures and is able to comprehend and utilize reports as necessary.
• Communicates performance expectations to employees.
• Ensures excellent customer service according to Obstacle Warriors standards.
• Supervises all Birthday Party and Group Event operations.
• Assist in events when needed.
• Ensures tasks on the Birthday Party and Group Event checklist is checked and completed before, during, and after events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
