Senior Research Analyst - Hazard Primary Location: Riverdale, MD Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Ability to work remotely: Classified and Unclassified work may be performed at Certified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) Contract Status: Contingent Upon Award Job Summary Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Senior Research Analyst, Ingest Part 2 - Hazard, who will conduct research and develop documentation of their research results. The documentation will be completed using approved standards, document templates, and workflow systems/processes. Also, deliver research to senior expertise in support of the program to include subject matter expert review of hazard research processes and documentation. The mission is to lead stakeholders to conduct proactive activities that identify, measure, assess, monitor, and mitigate supply chain risk at all stages of the acquisition lifecycle and to integrate multi-disciplinary training, policies, and practices for global supply chain. Specific Responsibilities * Conduct hazards research to understand legal, financial, fraud, architecture and infrastructure, security, and foreign intelligence issues, technology, or reseller the Client intends to procure and submitted for review. * Acquisition Ingest Part 2: Using Government furnished information/data sources to conduct research to fully identify basic business information (DUNS, CAGE, addresses, etc.), ownership, control, and influence of the vendor (manufacturer/seller/reseller/service or transportation provider), product supply chain information, as well as to understand any legal, regulatory, or financial issues of the vendor or products. * Sources of information include reliable commercial sources and U.S. Government data, reports, notifications, assessments, etc. * Conducts classified and unclassified research then documents research results. * Document using SCRM PO approved standards, document templates, and workflow systems/processes and timelines. * Deliver senior expertise in support of SCRM PO to include subject matter expert review of hazard research processes and documentation Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or advanced training or certification(s) in addition to experience required. * Ten (10) years of cumulative experience in intelligence research, intelligence analysis, business research, business analysis, finance analysis, cybersecurity, or counterintelligence. Physical Requirements and Work Environment * Office Work environment * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0700 to 1700 HRS Travel * CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required for training and program activities.
