About the Job: Independent Subcontractor Unarmed Security Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- An Independent Subcontractor Unarmed Security Consultant vendor's responsibilities are not limited to vehicle patrolling and monitoring a given location such as a job site, property, etc. You must have your vehicle for this position.
- We need open availability Monday - Sunday. The officer should be on call and readily available to complete a paid assignment at any of our Illinois properties.
- They are to report via email all damages, suspicious activity, any property rights that are not functioning properly, illegal dumping of trash, and furniture, safely detour negative activity on the property, etc, inspect the sprinkler/electric rooms, take photos and attach to emails, report potholes, detour negative issues, etc, prevent damages to the property with more details provided in training.
- Other requirements are all explained in detail.
Qualifications:
- The subcontractor must have their vehicle and valid full coverage insurance to complete the assignments.
- The subcontractor must have a valid driver's license and perc card.
- The subcontractor must have their cell phone, knows how to take photos with their cell phone, and are email savvy.
Pay:
- Weekly pay.
- $17.00
- The pay rate will increase. This is at O&P's discretion as financial increases are not guaranteed.
Days Off:
- On-Call Staggered Schedule.
Hours Weekly and Daily:
- Assignment Hours vary each day as days off per week vary each week.
- Assignment Hours typically will not exceed 2-6 hours in one day.
- This is a part-time contractual position as hours per week vary.
- New hires should have a flexible schedule to work with.
