**Description**
**Position Summary****:** The Clinician Concierge will support the deployment, retention and overall clinician experience for diplomats and travelers for assigned regions. Deploy strategies with direction from matrix leadership team to fulfill interim staffing needs and clinician facing serve as the main point of contact for all needs within the organization except credentialing and clinical leadership.
**Position Responsibilities: Essential**
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
* Works directly with operations and clinical operations leadership to identify needs and strategize clinician deployment
* Management over the diplomat and traveler clinicians
* Assignments
* Coordination of their process flow (recruitment, privileging and then handoff to operations for scheduling)
* Reporting and or metrics to show cost reduction and ROI of the program (in partnership with VP of Op EX)
* Main point of contact to clinician during onboarding process and once onboarded
* Communicates clinician needs and requirements with matrix team to focus on assignments that support retention and longer term assignments
* Communicates expectations of the role and reinforces travel availability and contractual shift commitment to clinicians, work collaboratively with scheduling for any concerns that need to be addressed with their schedule or availability
* Strategies around fast program start solutions
* Interfaces with central operations management to ensure smooth -coordination of scheduling and maximization of schedule adherence; provides input on local conditions, identifies needs and receives direction on real-time staffing increases or decreases
* Process contract changes for clinicians, process adding privileges of facilities
* Provide concierge service to all clinicians while minimizing exposure to multiple stakeholders within organization, communicating internal needs directly to clinician, responding to clinician in a timely fashion
* Serve as main point of contact internally for all internal department to funnel needs and communication of clinician, work with clinician to complete internal needs in a timely manner
* Lead internal matrix team deployment calls, take notes of action items and follow up on all tasks in timely manner
* Interface with all non AMN locums agencies for opening and closing reqs, gain approval for presents and associated rates from operations team, follow through on all aspects related to non AMN locums
