Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Oasis Clinical Supervisor of virtual nurses and observation assistants. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional healthcare services to remote inpatients in hospital settings. The successful candidate will ensure clinical excellence, mentor and train virtual clinical staff, implement quality assurance measures, and foster effective communication within the healthcare team. This role demands clinical expertise, proficiency in telehealth technologies, and efficient resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of virtual nurses and observation assistants, ensuring clinical protocols and patient care standards are met.

• Mentor and integrate new staff members into the virtual patient care environment.

• Monitor and guide the delivery of remote patient care, ensuring excellence and compliance.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans.

• Serve as a liaison and point of escalation between the virtual nursing team and hospital departments.

• Manage scheduling and resource allocation for optimal care delivery.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to documentation standards and protocols.

• Assist in quality program documentation and ensure alignment with policies and regulatory standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered RN license compact nursing license.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.

• Preferred professional nursing certification (e.g., Med-Surg, CCRN).

• 3 years of acute hospital patient care experience, with a preference for backgrounds in medical/surgical, emergency, or critical care settings.

• Experience as a Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor, ideally in virtual or telehealth nursing.

• Proficiency in virtual healthcare technologies and EMR systems (i.e.Epic, Cerner, Meditech).

• Valid BLS (and ACLS if required) certification.

• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills.

Office Hours:

• Full-Time Non-Exempt 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package, with eligibility for benefits after a 30-day probationary period. Total compensation is based on position type, location, education, experience, and certifications.
