OASIS HOSPICE is Hiring a RN Case Manager Near Conroe, TX
Oasis Hospice is looking for a compassionate and experienced Hospice Nurse (RN) to join our case management team.
The primary functions of our RN Case Manager are to provide nursing care for hospice patients. The duties of the RN Case Manager are to assume responsibilities of the coordination of care between the patient, healthcare providers, team members, as well as their families.
Required:
Current RN License
Valid Texas Drivers License and Auto Insurance
Hospice experience is a plus
A sympathetic and compassionate attitude
