Gardens Unit is an Assisted Living Unit. We're hiring for the following schedules:

Monday - Thursday (no weekends!) 7am - 7pm

Your vital part at Oasis is:

• Provide great care to our residents.
• Housekeeping duties of the unit, including personal apartments.
• Coordinate and serve meals.
• Answer residents calls and determine how best to help them.
• Provide support and guidance for residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and laundry.
• Lead/Participate in engagement/activities with residents in our community
• Work collaboratively with the entire care team by documenting your care giving tasks in our Care Connect app.
• Attend specialized training in-service.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to become a member of the Oasis Team:

• Dependable with a great work ethic!
• Dedicated and compassionate caregiver.
• Ability to become certified as a Home Health Aide (we can certify you as an HHA!).
• Ability to think and work independently as well as with direction.
• Communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Comfortable with technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Healthcare setting:

• 12 hour shift
