Oakwood Veneer is seeking the addition of an Production Associates to join our Troy, Michigan team.
Previous Manufacturing or similar food service experience a plus. If you have a GED or High school diploma, the ability to lift 30 lbs.

- Great Pay : Effective Hourly Rate of $16.75. Base rate of $15.75 / hour, plus $40 weekly attendance bonus for working full 40 hours on the clock.

7am shift times are possible depending on availability.

About the Position

This position encompasses a variety of roles and requires you to be a process driven, detail-oriented, and the ability to produce results.
If you have a passion for organization, experience in a wood shop or machine shop and the ability to learn a variety of Machines and wood species this job is for you! This job position is a full time 40 hours a week plus minimal overtime as required.
8 hour shift start time at 9am - Monday through Friday. The factory is located in Troy, Michigan. Close to I-75 & between 15 and 16 mile road.
Job Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift 30lbs
- Ability to remain mostly stationary with repetitive motions
- Relevant Machine shop or wood shop experience or ability to learn on job
- Adaptability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to lean many different machines safely and competently
- Ability to learn hundreds of different wood species and grades
