Oakridge Homes-Woodview Support Services is Hiring an Entry Level Accounting Technician Near Brainerd, MN
Oakridge Homes is seeking a detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a full time Entry Level Accounting Technician.
Responsibilities:
Reconciling and balancing monthly general ledger accounts for multiple clients.
Researching and correcting account discrepancies.
Monthly bank statement and balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparing quarterly statements sent to guardians, financial and case managers.
Doing financial audits in the field in accordance with company policies including money counts and resetting monthly house budgets if needed. Some day travel may be required using a company vehicle.
Requirements:
Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Must be able to meet hard deadlines in a limited time frame.
Banking experience is a plus.
FT with benefits. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4:30p.
Must have a valid MN driver's license, clean driving record and clear DHS background check. EOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
