Job Description

Oakley Sign Installation, a leading provider of real estate sign installation services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager to play a pivotal role in our future success. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our business operations, from strategic planning and growth initiatives to streamlining processes and driving profitability.

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Sign Installation business
  • Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings.
  • Manage sign inventory and update online sign installation software
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • A valid driver's license.
