Job Description

We're currently looking for exceptional full-time team members to help us continue to elevate our services and products. The Oakley Signs & Graphics Customer Service Team member provides exceptional customer experiences and ensures that we honor our service commitments. We value our customers and look for individuals who love to take care of people, solve problems and have fun too.

This position provides variety, allowing staff to respond to customers via phone, email and live chat. It’s fast-paced – so the time flies. We provide extensive training to learn about our products, customers, and our systems so that you feel confident tackling the day-to-day scenarios and advising customers. We'll give you all of the training and tools you need to excel in our fast-paced, multitasking environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns through email, phone and chat
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Data entry of web orders
  • Resolve product related inquiries and make purchasing recommendations based on the needs and interests of the customer.
  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth
  • Promote upsells and new products during customer interactions
  • Liaison for the sales team and their clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Learn about the latest product releases and upcoming launches and engage with customers to recommend new products.

Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service / customer support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers
  • Extremely detailed-oriented and organized
  • Experience with multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing team performance
  • Knowledge of real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
