We are currently hiring for a Clinical Records Specialist in our Goshen location.
Duties include:
- Scan and import all chart documents into the Electronic Medical Record.
- Maintain/close paper charts.
- Close/transfer charts.
- Provide records support to clinical and medical providers.
- High School Diploma required.
- Medical terminology training or one-year medical terminology experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency at a high level as demonstrated by 2 years of experience in using computers in daily work.
- Use of word processing and report generation software for 1 year.
